## Notice

The Manchester Citywide Support Service will deliver a single holistic non-medical, person centred low level, cross tenure housing and customer support service which will promote independence, choice and wellbeing. The service to be delivered will comprise the following aspects: * Provision of a Handyperson's Service including a Dementia Aids and Adaptations programme and Child Accident Prevention Programme * Home Repairs Support service (including grants and low cost loans) and also including a boiler repair/replace service * Provision of an all-encompassing non-clinical Hospital Discharge Support Service; Administration of a Home Support Fund Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest. Applicants will need to register their details at the following link www.the-chest.org.uk. Applicants will need to electronically submit their completed tender documents, including online questionnaire, via the on-line portal by 11am on Monday 17 June 2019.
