Replacement of two-way intercom between lift car and the reception/management office/duty manager office. viii. Replacement or new hardware/control interface with existing fire alarm system. ix. Other miscellaneous such as supply and installation of new hydraulic tank unit, guide shoes, ram seal, post-contract maintenance with necessary parts and components for replacement etc. at Kingswood Leisure Centre, BS16 4RH.
