## Notice

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Quotations are to be submitted electronically, via BiP's Delta e-sourcing portal which can be accessed at www.delta-esourcing.com, to arrive no later than 24 March 2020 at 12 noon. Completed quotations may be submitted at any time before the closing date.
