This is a bespoke, cloud based system built around our policies and processes to give confidence that all cases remain compliant and on track so cases can be solved quick, reducing admin burden and the risk of tribunals by using automated workflows. HR Case will allow our HR policies to be at the front and center allowing the HR team to meet the standards and timeframes we have set internally. Real time reporting and insights will give us greater visibility on all cases and the ability to create custom reports that are retrievable in minutes.
