The appointed role is to act as Architect & Lead Consultant. The Consultant shall carry out and complete the services detailed in the Scope of Services and all such other services as are reasonably incidental to or reasonably flow from those set out or could reasonably be expected from a competent consultant experienced in providing project management services on projects of a similar nature to the Development. The consultant appoint and keep engaged throughout the duration of the appointment senior member of staff for delivering all services and to be Director led from the outset.
