## Notice

The service will adopt an outcomes based approach to innovation and transformational ways of working, deliver greater partnership working from a range of providers across the care economy and Commission from a single Prime Provider that will be accountable for the delivery of all in scope services and related patient outcomes. The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of five years, with an option to extend for a further two years at the CCG's discretion.
