## Notice

FCO Services (the Authority) are a Trading Fund of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), situated at Hanslope Park, nr. Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. As part of our remit we provide secure IT, secure logistics and estate management services to the FCO, wider government and foreign friendly governments. In support of these services the Authority regularly utilises scheduled airlines (both cargo and passenger) to provide logistical services to its customers. To support this function the Authority requires 24 hour access to airline data to help its officers plan and co-ordinate the movement of goods and staff to locations globally. The Authority is looking to award a contract for 2 years for the provision of access to such data for between 5 to 10 staff members. Additional information: To express an interest in this opportunity and submit a tender, interested parties should follow the link detailed below to access the Authority's online tendering portal (Bravo Solutions), where the tender pack, including instructions on how to submit a tender, are located. Bidders will need to register with Bravo before they can access the data. Once registered, Bidders should search under 'ITT Open to all Suppliers' and click on itt_3460 (Provision of Airline Flight Data) to access the tender documents. Note that ALL correspondence related to this opportunity should in the first instance be directed via the Messaging system within Bravo: https://fco.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html Closure dates for both clarification and tender submission windows are Noon (12:00 hours) of the day stated
