Whilst in the performance of their duties it is expected that the supplier will carry out knowledge transfer to the relevant IT support teams. Provide IT resources in the following areas but not limited to: * IT Security Specialists. * Network specialists. * Technical Support Engineers L1, L2, L3. * Service Management. * Audio Visual support. * Desktop support. * Architecture expertise. * Server, Storage & Cloud expertise. * Microsoft, Solaris, Linux, Apple. Provide expertise in the following areas but not limited to: * Microsoft, Oracle and Linux systems * Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft applications * Support for end user devices, Windows, Mac and with some Linux users * A range of network infrastructure and firewalls. * Information management and data storage * IP Telephony * Software application portfolio and licence management * IT asset and configuration management * Capacity Management.
