This work will be divided into three distinct but interconnected parts: a) Provide the necessary viability assessments to help justify the selection, or otherwise, of a revised CIL charge in Wealden. b) Review the infrastructure costing and 'funding gap' analysis to justify CIL charging. c) Support WDC in the charge setting process, consultation, examination and post examination stages
