The deliverables include: * Detailed planning for the provision of the Services to achieve the completion and launch of the Playbook (including workshops and refinement of objectives through stakeholder engagement). * Literature review and research to establish content of the Playbook and issues to be addressed. * Production of the Playbook comprising a visual and written report. * Support for the launch of the Playbook.
