The project is supported by the High Street Heritage Action Zone, the Architectural Heritage Fund and the National Lottery Heritage Fund funding programme. The tender is based on a JCT 2016 Standard Edition supported by Bills of Quantities for the building works. The works cover a full range of building trades and services including a mix of traditional stone, joinery, carpentry and slate trades as well as modern interventions for polished concrete, stairs, windows, doors, M&E and solar panels.
