## Notice

The estimated value range of purchases through the proposed Agreement during the initial 12 month period is between PS200,000 and PS300,000 excluding VAT. The contract may be extended by a further 12 month period. Any estimate of expenditure is for information purposes only. Therefore, please note that there will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the resultant Agreement. YCH will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the established Agreement.
