## Notice

VEEAM is the chosen on-premise virtual technology backup solution for MCA and is implemented in both HQ Spring Place (Corp Net) and the NMOC (Blue Light) networks. Although we own the licences, support is charged annually and gives us version upgrades and 24/7 technical support. This support and maintenance is required to support our virtual, on premise servers. The licenses cover the VEEAM setup in both Blue Light and Corporate networks and is used to backup MCA systems that exist in this environment. There has been no change to the requirement since the last renewal and this will provide continuity of service for a further year. This opportunity was a Further Competition run under Crown Commercial Services RM6068 framework, open to all Lot 3 suppliers.
