The bins will require clear signage which easily identifies the bin as "Litter & Dog Waste". We will also require a small yearly supply of dog waste bins to assist us to install in restricted spaces to ensure we are not obstructing the highway; other suitable alternatives would be considered. The authority may also require a small yearly supply of colourful bins to place around our schools and play areas in parks, these will be the same bins however in a different colour and thought to be between 20 - 30 units per annum.
