## Summary

The procurement process involves a framework agreement for merchants and distribution, initiated by Procure Plus Holdings Limited, a key entity in social housing regeneration. The agreement is designed for the supply of goods primarily related to maintenance within the housing sector. This process is currently at the Award stage. The tender was published on 19th October 2016, with a deadline for submissions on 18th November 2016. The procurement value is approximately £445 million, covering various goods and services across the construction sector, specifically under the category of construction materials and auxiliary products.

This tender presents significant growth opportunities for businesses within the construction and building supply sectors, particularly those that can supply goods for maintenance and regeneration projects in social housing. Suppliers offering a range of products including building materials, electrical supplies, and plumbing equipment will be well-positioned to compete. The framework consists of five distinct lots, allowing bidders to tender for one or multiple categories, thereby maximising their chances to secure contracts. Additionally, the initial contract term of 48 months, with a possible extension, further increases the potential for ongoing business engagement.
