## Notice

The Service Commencement Date shall be 1st October 2022. The Contract will continue in force for 2 years, with an optional 12 month extension period, from the specified Service Commencement Date. The agreement will be governed by the NHS Digital - Digital First Online Consultation and Video Consultation Framework (DFOCVC) Call Off Terms. The CCGs reserve the right to include any practice within the stated footprint, over the life of the contract. The total contract value will be up to PS590,400 including VAT.
