The objective of this contract is delivery of an on time and on budget design and build project to convert the building to 6 flats for use as self-contained living accommodation. The Council are looking to procure the services of an Architect led Multi-Disciplinary Team which is to include the following professional services and disciplines: - Accurate measured dimensioned building survey and drawing production; - Conservation/Building Architectural services; - Structural Engineering; - Structural and Building Surveying; - Mechanical & Electrical Services Engineering; - Quantity Surveying/Cost Consultant services; and - Project Management services. This team will complete the necessary survey, measurement and drawing production and develop designs under the direction of the client to RIBA stage 4 (Technical Design) and once accepted by the client, obtain the necessary statutory consents, tender the works and progress and manage the project through stages 5, 6 and 7 (Construction, Handover & Close Out, In Use).
