## Notice

To successfully deliver the requirements of the contract the consultant will require a knowledge and understanding of: * Defra and the Rural Payments Agency - policy and procedures * Rural Development Programme for England: LEADER Programme including appraisal, contracting and monitoring requirements * PEAK Local Action Group - role and responsibilities The contract will operate initially for a period of 6 months to 30th June 2019 but may be extended subject to business need.
