The framework agreement will provide for Applicants to deliver the supply and installation of bathroom, kitchen and other adaptation works, including associated building works, to owner occupied, privately-rented and RSL properties. Lot 2 under the Framework will see companies appointed who can demonstrate they have experience of delivering a wider scope of property refurbishment beyond the essential Adaptations works. This Lot will generally see higher value works (above PS25,000) with more substantial works including loft and side extensions.
