A two-Phase Small Business Research Initiative (SBRI) pre-commercial procurement process will be used to deliver this competition. Phase 1 (total budget PS5m) will support multiple projects to scope and develop a feasible prototype demonstration project to be run in Phase 2. Phase 2 takes the most promising projects from Phase 1 and supports the proposed physical demonstration of their innovation.
