## Summary

The Ministry of Defence is conducting a tender process for a 3-year Framework Agreement for The Supply of Military Vehicle Parts, Consumables & Associated Items. The total value of the contract is estimated to be between £35m to £50m. This selective procurement, with a deadline of February 27, 2023, will be split into two lots, with each lot awarded to the bidder who provides the most economically advantageous tender. The contract period will start from September 5, 2023, and end on September 4, 2026. The Ministry of Defence in England is the buying organisation for this tender in the goods category within the CPV classification for Military vehicles and associated parts.

This tender opportunity offers a chance for businesses involved in supplying military vehicle parts to compete for a significant contract within the defence industry. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are encouraged to participate in this restricted procedure above threshold. Companies providing vehicle spares, consumables, accessories, and compliant items are well-suited to pursue this opportunity. The successful bidders will need to adhere to NATO Stock Numbers (NSNs) and meet applicable compliance standards, including requirements set by CSIS. Additional items may be added post-award, and contract performance will be measured through Key Performance Indicators addressing delivery quality and remedies. The Ministry of Defence aims to evaluate tenders based on economic advantages and criteria detailed in the Invitation To Tender.
