This should include sole traders providing services to the local area, social enterprises and co-ops that benefit the local community and opportunities for individuals to develop enterprise skills in areas of deprivation that could lead to self-employment. Scope The programme will offer a range of specialist support, including expert advice and guidance which helps residents to consider self-employment opportunities and provides them with a route to start or grow a business.
