The will cover the following lots: LOT 1 - Joinery LOT 2 - Paving & Groundworks LOT 3 - Suspended Ceilings & Partitions LOT 4 - Roofing Repairs LOT 5 - Flooring LOT 6 - Glazing & Blinds LOT 7 - Fire Alarm LOT 8 - Electrical Installation Work LOT 9 - Intruder Alarm LOT 10 - CCTV LOT 11 - Piped Mechanical Services The Term of the Contract will be over a period of six years. Initially 3 years with option to extend for 3 x 12 month periods. Please note restrictions apply to bidders around maximum turnover, location and sub contracting on some or all lots. These are detailed within the tender documents. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
