## Summary

The London Borough of Ealing is seeking to contract a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Advocacy Services aimed at vulnerable children and adults. This procurement process, currently in the planning stage, aims to establish a system with an approximate budget of £2,300,000 over a potential ten-year period. Key dates include an end date for the tender applications set for 25th February 2020, with the contract expected to commence on 1st April 2020. The services covered will range from Independent Advocacy services to support for Looked After Children, with open procedure as the procurement method.

This tender presents significant growth opportunities for businesses within the health and social work sector, particularly those specialising in advocacy services tailored for vulnerable populations. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations are encouraged to participate, as they can apply for one or more of the categories outlined in the DPS. By joining this dynamic system, businesses can not only provide essential support services but also enhance their market presence and service offerings in the advocacy sector.
