## Notice

On Behalf of SMP Alliance, working with National Highways we are pleased to advertise a package for Road Safety Audits in relation to the National Emergency Area Retrofit (NEAR) Progamme South - The retrofit of emergency refuge areas to the existing smart motorways network by 31st March 2025. The package of works is to undertake combined a stage 1 and 2, and stage 3 Road Safety Audit (RSA) on the Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) in line with the Standards for Highways DMRB GG119 Revision 2 on the following NEAR projects. M25 J23 to 27 M25 J5 to 7 M20 J3 to 5 M3 J2 to 4a M4 J10 to 12 All suppliers providing an expression of interest must hold a valid Constructionline Gold Accreditation.
