To deliver KPI 5, Homes England's Community Engagement Team (CET) has been working on a process for implementing community engagement and delivering Social Value, this commission will complement this work. There are four projects included in this commission of which three projects are named within the West Yorkshire Strategic Place Partnership (SPP) between Homes England and West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA). The SPP is a model for partnership working between Homes England and Combined Authority's, this partnership reflects the approach of identifying a shared ambition and creating a shared commitment to making the pipeline in agreed places more investible. The SPP provides greater clarity and focus on local priorities to which the Agency seeks to work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to deliver regeneration projects in a place-based way. The fourth project is in Grimsby, another priority place for Homes England.
