Colchester Borough Council (the "Council) is conducting a mini competition under Crown Commercial Services RM6119 Furniture & Associated Services Lot 1: Office Furniture Colchester Borough Council are currently undertaking a full refurbishment of our main office accommodation at Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.
