Lot 1) Proposal to best meet AHDB 'Core requirements' specification within a budget of PS48k per annum - clearly identifying any elements of the specification not included along with associated costs. Lot 2) Proposal to best meet elements of AHDB 'Additional requirements' specification - clearly identifying any elements of the specification not included. No budget has been allocated. For Lot 2 AHDB are at this stage looking for an outline of how an agency propose to get to the measures required, in particular the volume estimate read.
