The form of the submission can be either one entity or organisation taking on the contract, or a housing provider and care and support provider acting in partnership through one bid. A single provider is required to evidence appropriate separation between the 'Care & Support' and 'Housing Management' functions. The new service is purpose built comprising 6 self-contained one bedroom flats and a two story building incorporating two 'short stay' flats and staff space.
