The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the Council) wishes to set up a dynamic purchasing system for the provision of learning (which includes but not limited to classroom learning / e-learning) which fall under the remit of our internal training provision (the "Service" or "Services"). This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is open for Requests to Participate from 1st November 2018 until the 31st October 2020 with provision to extend in periods of 12 months up to 31st October 2023. Prospective providers may apply to be included on this DPS at any time whilst it is operational.
