High Level Requirements * An engaging, easy to navigate ePortfolio platform for our students to use. * Enables students to upload evidence of their academic and professional development. * Allows a range of media to be uploaded, including both written documents and audio/video recordings. * Able to embed an established workbook template which students update to record reflections e.g., MYEPAD template for Nursing Programmes. * Enables students to share their workbook with internal and external assessors in line with programme requirements. * Enables those assessors to read, edit and share the updated workbook with students. * Enables graduates to share ePortfolio content with prospective employers via an open accessible link or URL, e.g., placing a link within a LinkedIn profile. * Ability to continue to use the platform beyond graduation for CPD activities. * Potential to utilise for recording and tracking Personal Tutoring activities. * Ability to extract data and insights for reporting purposes. * Ability to integrate with institutional VLE (Moodle). * Ensures that all users including administrators access the systems through Single Sign On (SSO) or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
