This tender is for universal support to enable councils to develop and evidence their business cases for information and advice investment. It would also support councils in self-evaluation of their performance and how they compare to peers, enabling them to benchmark themselves. This work will involve research and development of universal tool(s), including methodology, guidance, and case studies, to support councils to articulate, capture and track the benefits and costs of investment in adult social care information and advice as prevention, offline and online. Tool(s) to form part of the adult social care information and advice toolkit and analysis to enable Information and Advice Maturity Assessment (IAMA) benchmarking. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
