The provider is expected to promote self-care and develop a skill mix that supports the introduction of assistant practitioners. This contract will be for the provision of:- * 10 year contract term for the provision of In Centre Haemodialysis including the Estate, Facilities, Machines and Consumables. * 5 year contract for the staffing element + 5(five) x 1(one) year extension options.
