This contract will also include the option of providing crisis and reputation management media support for major incidents. The Authority is therefore seeking to award up to two contracts (Lot 1 - Professional Communications, Media and PR support and Lot 2 - Media Crisis and Reputation Management Communications). RBFA recognises that providing crisis and reputation media management support is a specialist area and may need to be provided by a separate supplier.
