The project will include all associated works such as relocating services which may be installed through door frames etc as well as the removal and disposal of metal security gates/grilles. The Employer is seeking the services of a competent, experienced, and capable Principal Contractor to carry out these works. Please note leaseholder opt in doors are provisional to the contract. Tenderers are to provide the preliminaries value (Column L) associated with the installation of each door in the appropriate tab.
