## Summary

The Didcot Town Council is currently seeking a contractor for the "Verges Grass Cutting" project, which falls under the grounds maintenance services industry category. The tender process is at the planning stage, with a submission deadline set for 4th February 2019. The contract will commence on 1st April 2019 and will span a period of three years, concluding on 31st March 2023. Interested parties should note that the contract's total value is estimated at £100,000, and bidders must ensure their machinery and operatives meet all safety and training requirements as stipulated by the council.

This tender presents a valuable opportunity for both small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary community sector enterprises (VCSEs) that specialise in grounds maintenance and landscaping services. Successful bidders will be expected to demonstrate their ability to effectively manage and execute monthly grass cutting operations while adhering to the safety protocols and specifications outlined in the tender. Businesses with experience in local government contracts or a strong understanding of public service requirements will find this project particularly well-suited for their capabilities.
