## Notice

The scope of works includes the following main items: * Handover of the site from the Operator. * Sequencing and phasing of the site clearance works. * Site establishment and set-up. * Pre-works surveys * Enabling/preparatory works. * Utilities location, isolation, disconnection and protection. * Site clearance to remove required above and below ground structures. * Recycling of site-won material, including on site-processing and stockpiling of materials suitable for re-use. * Post-works condition surveys, reporting and provision of information. * Site handover back to the Operator.
