## Summary

The Birmingham City Council is seeking a supplier to develop a Media Plan for the Reopening High Streets Safely Consumer Marketing Campaign. This initiative, funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), aims to support the gradual reopening of commercial areas across Birmingham. The procurement is classified under the services category, specifically focusing on multimedia networks and advertising management. The contract period is set from 23rd November 2020 to 23rd April 2021, with the tender process formally concluded on 23rd October 2020, culminating in the awarding of the contract to AJB Media on 19th November 2020.

This procurement represents a significant opportunity for marketing and media companies, particularly those with expertise in advertising campaign management and consultancy services. Businesses equipped to create comprehensive media strategies and possess experience in driving footfall to retail areas will find the tender particularly suitable. The emphasis on safety messaging in conjunction with engaging consumers in twelve distinct Business Improvement Districts further highlights the potential for businesses to expand their market reach while contributing to the local economic recovery.
