## Notice

NHS South of England Procurement Services, acting on behalf of NHS South West Leadership Academy (the Commissioner) is seeking to procure an Expert provider with the capacity and expertise to design and deliver a two-day Talent Conversations Workshop with a Train the Trainer element, using the MPC-T at the centre, to develop TM Practitioners and Line Managers from NHS organisations across England: to understand the Talent Management conversation process and their role as a manager in talent management. to develop practical skills to support a maximising potential conversation using conversation and career development tools. to successfully hold a two-way conversation with agreed outcomes, where both parties feel listened to, understood and valued. to be able to adapt talent potential conversations to their own organisational and system cultures. to be able to recognise and embrace difference and diversity in talent conversations, and increase self-awareness of unconscious bias. to address negative and difficult conversations in a confident and positive way. to ensure positive outcomes from every conversation. Detailed requirements along with evaluation criteria and scoring methodology that providers will need to consider in their response are contained within the ITQ document set. There is a maximum envelope of PS49,000 (inclusive of VAT) available for this project. The purpose of this ITQ is to solicit professional, properly defined and costed propositions and solutions. The information provided in the specification will help Bidders to evaluate their suitability and assess if the Bidder meets HEE specific requirements. The deadline for submission of completed ITQ responses is Wednesday 22nd August 2018 at 12:00pm (midday). The e-portal system will shutdown at 12:00pm and any un-submitted bids not registered to the system at this time will not be accepted. Therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time. During the tender exercise the Contracting Authority requests that all communications are channelled through the e-portal system via the appointed procurement specialist on behalf of NHS South of England Procurement Services and not with the Contracting Authority itself. No Bidder, Bidder Member, or any of such Bidder's advisors, consultants or subcontractors may have ex parte communications with the Contracting Authority or any of their employees, advisors, contractors or consultants regarding the ITQ, the Procurement, other than as expressly permitted in this ITQ.
