Prior to covid, we used to have four town centre Christmas events every year. In 2020, with the introduction of social distancing, we developed Sparkle in the Park, to avoid bringing large numbers of people to our already build up areas. 'Sparkle' has been so popular with residents, that we have continued to offer it as our main Christmas event. The aim of Sparkle is to provide a free Christmas lights trail experience to residents and families across the borough, to participate and enjoy some fun and festive cheer. Additional information: Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated in the procurement documents. This procurement will be managed electronically via the RBG Proactis Procontract etendering suite. To participate in the procurement, participants shall first be registered on the e-tendering suite.
