Phases 2, 3 and 4 will be procured separately at a later date. Preparation and enabling works will commence in 2022 subject to the required planning consents. The construction phase is programmed to start in the summer of 2023 and complete in the summer of 2025. This package is for the appointment of the main contractor procured through a two-stage Design and Construct tender exercise. The PCSA Contract was executed on 13th April 2023.
