## Summary

The University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) is seeking an external consultant for the evaluation of their Green Skills for Jobs and Entrepreneurship project, as part of a collaborative initiative with the Black South West Network and NatWest, funded by the UK Government’s Community Renewal Fund. This procurement process is currently in the Tender stage, with the submission deadline set for 11.59pm on 2nd February 2022. The project, which commenced on 1st January 2022, concludes on 30th June 2022, and is classified under evaluation consultancy services. The total budget for this contract is £12,000, with the consultancy work expected to be delivered in the South West of England.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in evaluation consultancy, particularly those with expertise in government-funded projects and a focus on workforce development for young people. Businesses that have experience working with key demographics, especially Black British and British Asian youths, will find themselves well-suited to compete for this contract. The requirement for innovative evaluation techniques further enhances the opportunity for consulting firms that can demonstrate a commitment to environmental sustainability and value-added methodologies in their proposals.
