This project is part of the successful bid for funding under the One Public Estate (OPE) programme in 2019. Oxfordshire County Council (the Council) and its partner, Kidlington Parish Council are seeking a succinct, high level options appraisal for the 'Exeter Close' site in Kidlington. This initial phase is to procure support for strategic project scoping (Project Management Services) to progress the project and include finalisation of the Project Initiation Document (PID). The Consultant will oversee and control the initial preparation of all the necessary documentation required to scope a brief for an Options Appraisal which will be included in the PID.
