The Council will award each lot to the contractors that offer Sandwell the most economically advantageous package overall. i.e. if successful in both lots you may not be awarded your preferred Lot. The works are to be carried out for Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council and other Contracting Authorities, on Public Financed Projects sites predominantly within the Borough of Sandwell and the West Midlands Conurbation, although other areas may be included subject to Access Agreements being completed by the relevant Contracting Authority.
