This will assist the Authority with its development of their market approach and ensure it secures best value when procuring its requirements for bio-waste. There is no guarantee of any Service Orders under this framework agreement once procured. The estimated value detailed in II.5.1 of the OJEU PIN represents an upper limit for the Authority.
