A RIBA Stage 3 design has been developed and the Construction Provider is to further develop the design and build the following: * Foundations to set container and additional equipment. * Surface water drainage. * Install ducts for later installation of Power and data by others. * Fence to enclose the container and supplementary equipment. * Temporary Vehicle Access. * Temporary pedestrian footpath.
