This initiative is a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement to provide corporate finance services to various UK public sector bodies, including central government departments, local authorities, and educational institutions, among others. The framework is a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of corporate finance services to be utilised by central government departments and all other UK public sector bodies, including local authorities, health, police, fire and rescue, education, devolved administrations and charities. The proposed agreement will be the recommended corporate finance solution for the UK Public Sector, look to deliver value for money to the taxpayer when delivering corporate finance requirements for transactional or advisory services. The proposed Framework will consist of 7 Lots, representing the various roles that Buyers may choose to appoint 1 or more Suppliers to fulfil their requirements, at call-off stage under the CFS Framework. Each Lot sets out the scope of work that a Supplier may be required to undertake as detailed in Framework Schedule 1 Specification Additional information: This Framework Agreement RM6169 is for use by Contracting Authorities in the United Kingdom that exist on 13/12/2019 and which fall into one or more of the following categories: 1. Any of the following: (a) Ministerial government departments; (b) Non ministerial government departments; (c) Executive agencies of government; (d) Non-Departmental Public Bodies (NDPBs), including advisory NDPBs, executive NDPBs, and tribunal NDPBs; (e) Assembly Sponsored Public Bodies (ASPBs); (f) Police forces; (g) Fire and rescue services; (h) Ambulance services; (i) Maritime and coastguard agency services; (j) NHS bodies; (k) Educational bodies or establishments including state schools (nursery schools, primary schools, middle or high schools, secondary schools, special schools), academies, colleges, Pupil Referral Unit (PRU), further education colleges and universities; (l) Hospices; (m) National Parks; (n) Housing associations, including registered social landlords; (o) Third sector and charities; (p) Citizens advice bodies; (q) Councils, including county councils, district councils, county borough councils, community councils, London borough councils, unitary councils, metropolitan councils, parish councils; (r) Public corporations; (s) Public financial bodies or institutions; (t) Public pension funds; (u) Central banks; and (v) Civil service bodies, including public sector buying organisations. 2. Those set out in the definition of "Contracting Authority" in regulation 2(1) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR), namely: (a) the State, regional or local authorities. This covers parliament, central government, regional government and local government; (b) associations formed by one or more regional or local authorities; (c) bodies governed by public law, as defined under regulation 2(1) of PCR, including any subsidiary and sponsoring department of such bodies.
