The development support is required to ensure appropriate support for the Fellow to undertake a series of pilots after their scoping and gap analysis of the psychiatric curricula and educational delivery. Heath Education England [HEE] believe that Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych) is the only provider organisation with the requisite expertise and experience to support the delivery of an enhanced generalist skills programme within core psychiatry training.
