## Notice

The survey results and analysis will help shape the Public Health services such as Integrated Wellbeing Service IWS (Your Health Your Way), Sexual health and Healthy Families (0-19 services) etc and provide participating schools with data that identifies the health-related behaviour of pupils in year 6 and year 10 which will assist in identifying their health and wellbeing needs so that support can be put in place. The Provider is required to use an evidence-based approach to develop a health-related behaviour questionnaire/survey with validated questions.
