The services and works required are essential to support and underpin Accent's statutory responsibility, to provide and ensure every electrical installation within its management responsibility is electrically safe and up to relevant British Standard. Each property contained within this programme will require all successful Contractors to undertake: * A full electrical test and inspection. * Rectification of any CAT1 faults on site. * Rectification of any CAT2 faults on site. * Test (and if required), upgrade of domestic smoke detection to the specifications contained within the ITT. * To submit certification in a pre-determined format, specified in the ITT. * To submit valuations of any high cost remedial works identified.
